As a Product Designer, I bring a diverse background that includes almost 20 years of experience as a singer-songwriter and nearly 10 years of working in a front-facing retail environment. While design has always felt like an "outside looking in" career choice, discovering how much it aligned with my passions and previous work experience created an undeniable feeling of excitement for the opportunities to explore problem spaces in new and meaningful ways.
 

My background as a songwriter has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling and the importance of creating an emotional connection with an audience. I bring this same mindset to my work in product design, where I strive to create products that not only meet functional requirements but also resonate with users on a deeper level.
 

Moreover, my experience in retail has taught me how to truly listen to customers' needs and concerns, and I bring this empathy-driven approach to my design work. By putting myself in the user's shoes and taking their perspectives into account, I am able to design products that truly serve their needs and exceed their expectations.
